A coach that learns how you actually work.

Build better execution, communication and decision-making through evidence-based practice, feedback and real-world application.

Understand → Practice → Apply → Measure

Understand

A structured 48-question assessment builds a working map of your context, goals and constraints.

Practice

Short micro-lessons, drills and role-play with observable feedback and an immediate retry.

Apply

Every skill leaves the app as a specific real-world challenge in your own week.

Measure

Progress is tracked from behaviour: completion, delayed retrieval, retry improvement, transfer.

What it develops

Execution

Specific goals, if–then plans, friction reduction and a weekly measurement loop.

Emotional regulation

A flexible repertoire for ordinary pressure, criticism and performance stress.

Communication

Listening, question quality, separating observation from interpretation, feedback.

Negotiation

Preparation, BATNA, boundaries, multi-issue offers and ethical value creation.

Evidence-first

Methods come from a reviewed evidence library of knowledge cards, each graded A (strong convergent evidence), B (good but contextual) or C (mixed or emerging). Insufficient and excluded material is never recommended as an established intervention. When the evidence is heterogeneous or the mechanism is unclear, the coach says so rather than overselling a technique.

Explanations about you are treated as hypotheses, not facts. They carry a confidence level, they are listed under “Things we're testing”, and you can reject any of them. Popular but unsupported claims — eye-movement lie detection, learning-style matching, universal 21-day habit rules — are explicitly out of scope.

Privacy & boundaries

Your assessment answers, conversations, goals and practice records are private to your account and are never used as context for anyone else. You can delete your stored coaching data at any time from your profile.

This is coaching and personal development. It is not psychotherapy, medical advice, diagnosis, crisis care or trauma treatment. If something needs professional or emergency support, the coach will say that instead of continuing to coach.
